Unfulfilled and cancelled orders.
I ordered a hand mixer, once for COD, takealot cancelled it, another time I paid in advance, they cancelled it. No reason given. Not OUt if stock. The list price is what I paid, I just ordered it again this time for COD again. If a seller lists something on takealot, what vetting have they done to ensure they can fulfill that order? Why am I now involved in that arrangement? It’s very disappointing. It actually hurts a little. What happens to “consumer rights” ?

06 Mar 2023, 20:49The order has been cancelled again. Citing that takelot could not source the item from their suppliers. I checked…the item is still on their site/app. So they can source it.
