Unfriendly and incorrect advertising

I have been using Takealot for a very long time and was always happy, bought a tablet from them saying it will be shipped 5-7 working days, yeah no problem we all understand this, but a day later if you go in and try select the same tablet it shows in stock. I called takealot never the less didn't have a friendly lady speaking to me nor do I think she knows what she is talking about, she says no there is one in stock but it is for a customer so no there is actually nothing in stock but on takealot there shows they are in stock, how on earth does this make sense, is takealot then letting you buy something you think is in stock then you actually not going to get it the date they say it will be delivered by you. Please takealot get people answering your phones to be more friendlier and explain things that actually makes sense. If this is the case then TAKEALOT please fix this on your site as this is not right.
