Unfortunate Takealot Experience with no consequences.

Takealot has grown into a giant corporate company providing services to the multitude but no one can touch them or really hurt them when it comes to bad customer services. They do not fear their suppliers nor their customers. They are making billions from suppliers and customers annually and yet when services are not delivered no can do anything.

I ordered products and requested same day delivery (Guaranteed same day delivery), and yet no delivery was made, I sat at our offices until 17h00 and had to contact Takealot to confirm that my order will not be delivered. It is the next day, and I had to call takealot again requesting information regarding the product delivery, and they confirmed "Oh we are waiting for one more item before your order can be delivered" --- same day delivery fee was credited to my account as if that will make me feel better. You have to deliver on a service you promise.,..if you do not you will lose the faith of the people, but its 2024, and I guess there are more con artists and ****s out there than one would hope for.
