Unfairly Declined Book Not Returned To Me

<p>I had a similar experience to another user who posted a bad review. I purchased an academic textbook and upon delivery, I logged a return because I didn't need it. The book was unopened and unused. My return was declined because "The item appeared dirty." The staff must have mishandled the book and dirtied it, and I have to pay for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I ask when the declined book will be returned to me, I got no response from Takealot. So they kept the book and kept my money. </p>
