Unfair treatment from Takealot! Poor service

So I bought a set of Fine Living pots and the pan was cracked when I unboxed them so naturally I returned them and requested a replacement BUT Takealot decided to refund me instead and when I enquired why they did so even though the item I bought is still in stock they apparently cannot replace it which is preposterous. I’m very unhappy with this experience.
