unfair treatment

I bought an item with take a lot and I paid cash I gave the driver cash now I am not happy with the item I logged a return and the driver he is here to collect it he tells me he doesn’t carry cash but when he collected he took my cash y didn’t he tell me he doesn’t carry cash ,please send a driver with cash as I want it back, he tells me it will be transferred to my account which account is he taking about,please organise a driver and give me that specific cash then he come and collect today, i called customer service i spoke to Junaid shes telling a different story all i need is my cash my contacts is ***
