Unfair treatment

I ordered pots, ine came with a missing handle.. I returned the pot. Return was declined because i only returned the pot.. Was told to return the whole set which i did.. Now am told the return is declined still.. after the evaluation "return policy" pots are diffective.. They now want to return the pots without replacing the one that doesn't have a handle.. I don't mind getting back the pots that i used.. I just want them to replace the one with a missing handle "IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK"
