Unfair treatment

Kindly note that today on the 15/10/2022, a man by the name of Andy Mathibe frombTakealot Mahikeng branch came to deliver an inverter order no. #***.

Everything started on his first when he told me to come and collect my inverter as he is unable to come to my house. I rep**** that I am also unable he must try and come and gave him the direction. When he was near my residence he indicated that his car is unable to drive on my village road, I should come and collect the inverter as he won't be coming to the house. And that happened he got lost tried to call him, his phone off but stayed outside to can call Jim but amazingly when on the opposite road a bit far from my house he stopped there and never came to my house. He told us to come and collect where he started to threaten and insult us. He was giving us bitter words and when we rep**** that he does not treat people well, said who are we and that he will come for us in such a threatening way. The man was very rude to us. Now we are in fear of not knowing what he might come and do to us as threatened.

Can you please assist us with this rude man cause we just met him for business sake and not other things. He is unknown to us. He has now instilled fear unto us. Our life is threatened. I didn't open a case of ************ cause I wanted takealot company to deal with the matter amicably.
