Unfair takealot and useless customer service

<p>I am not very happy with takealot at this point! I was purchasing 2 items off your daily deals, had selected delivery details, payments details and confirmed the order. It went through to payment page and through to the bank page to enter one time pin. When I received the one time pin on my phone confirming the purchase the amount had gone up! I did not enter the one time pin and went back to understand why it increased the amount. Apparently the item I was purchasing was no longer available on the deal. How is this fair? I was already paying for the item, how can it just be changed like that? I purchase alot off Takealot, but think I will have rethink where I make my purchases from going forward! Upon contacting Takealot they advise me sorry but it's limited stock and adding to a basket does not guarantee. Well surely being in the process of paying gurantees! </p>
