Unfair Refund Policy

On 6 February, I placed an order on Takealot and it is taking them too long to deliver and today i asked for refund and they are telling me that refund request is declined. Can i please have my money transferred to my account not to credit my Takealot account. Use other alternatives for me to get my money. I want to use that money please. Order number ***
