Unfair distribution of Product

<p>I placed a order on the 30th of August for FIFA 17 order number 81575 95 and my colleague who placed a order on the 24th of September order number ********** received her order before me on the 28th of September and Takealot insist that I will only receive my order on the 30th of September. I went to the warehouse on the 28th of September to ask them if I can receive my game and they informed me that they made a error and released my friends came early and refused to release my game. Me and my colleague work in the exact same building and yet she received her order 4 days after placing it and I haven't received my yet. I do understand that there was an error but I would have assumed that they would have made an exception for me as me and my colleague unfortunately Now work in the same building. The guy at the warehouse refused to release the game to me even though I was told by the call centre that I can go to the warehouse to go and collect the game. I wasted my petrol and 150 Rand airtime trying to get them to release my game and spending more than an hour on the line with the call centre I am deeply disappointed by the service given by Takealot and most likely would never pre-order a game by them again.</p>
