unfair decline

very disapointed! I ordered 2 hauwei phones. NOT google complient. its not on the description online. If i knew this i would have ordered a samsung. obviously i had to check the phone 1st BY using the phone. which i did. now the return is declined because I HAVE UsED THE PHONE! How will i know if the phone works if i dont test it 1st??? Also the one side of the earphones did not work. RetURN DECLINED DUE TO DAMAGE!!!!!!! Not on takealot! I will think twice before ordering from you again
