Unfair consumer treatment

<p>I bought a tablet bundle from takealot recently and only to findout that it's giving me problems.It would freeze during phone call,shutdown just like that and often it will show no SIM cards.I logged a complain and it was collected back to the store,they tested it and said that it's no fault and they returned it.I used it again for couple of days and those issues persisted.I logged a complain again and it was collected,and I asked for refund.They refused saying that there is no fault with the tablet but they only had it for a day or two,and I am going to be stuck with it forever.I felt bad about this</p>
