Unfair Conduct

I’m typing this review with a heavy heart as I’m a fan of TakeAlot for YEARS!!!

I just need help in getting clarity on what warrants a product to be rejected for replacement when I’ve had it for less than a month and only used it once!

No explanation, just an email!!!

I need more answers and value for my money!

I wasn’t asking for a refund but a replacement for the faulty or poorly manufactured item I was sold!
