Unfair business practice - Takealot consultant gave wrong advise.

I consulted Takealot if I can do part return of an order before procuring a CCTV camera system. That was confirmed. I procured and used the amount of cameras I needed. Then returned the ones I do not need. I have this proof at hand but now Takealot does not want to process my return. It was been 3 weeks of back and forth with different people saying the samething. The latest update of today is that my equipment will be disposed by Takealot.

This is unfair practice as I made sure I consult before procuring.
