Unfair business practice

I think i have caught on how to make easy money. I recently wanted to buy a microwave to replace an old one i have and wanted the convenience of online purchasing. I visited takealot.com and found a microwave. After takealot has told me they had stock they took my money probably invested my money in PANAMA and came back to me days later to say they dont have stock. As of this moment the microwave i wanted to buy is still being marketed as "in stock" (I also have screenshot) As it stands I dont have my money i dont have my microwave. So i think to myself if they can do this for 5000 clients probably taking on average 3000 rands per client that is 15 000 000rands put this money in a an overnight investment account around 6.94% per annum, if we do the maths thats alot of money. Apparently they take 3-5days to refund money and they earning interest. Takealot, if you understand business this is not the way to go, we are slowly catching on what you do and how dishonest you are. I am appalled. This is stone age business tactics! Does anyone know where we can report such antics, like authorities i am truly disappointed. Surely there is law against this sort of barbaric behaviour.
