I've ordered a men bold head shaver, waited more then 2 weeks only to get a text it is out of stock and funds were creditted on takelot profile, not even refunded. I then used the credit to purchase a R599 air diffuser worth R599, but instead I got a R299 humidifier worth R299.... This is utter bull**** and most disgraceful service I've ever received. I have logged a request for return naband refund and would never ever purchase anything from them again. FYI if the return and refund doea not happen by Mondag 16 Nov 2020, I will report this to the CPA and OMBUDSMAN
