I placed an order and paid R120 for same day delivery. This was in the morning at 09:00. My order arrived at the dispatch depo near my area at around 15:00 and yet it was still not delivered on the same day. Their ********* drivers instead captured that I requested for my delivery to be rescheduled which I did not! No one called me or anything so they can’t even use getting lost as an excuse. It’s the next day and you would expect them to deliver it first thing in the morning and still, no one has arrived! It is ********* business practice to charge a large amount for same day delivery and then not deliver on the same day but it’s more ********* for your drivers to try and pin their laziness on a paying customer! I want my same day delivery fee refunded IMMEDIATELY!
