********* Business Practice / False Advertising - Takealot.com

I purchased a TV stand a week ago, only to receive an email confirming that Takealot does not stock, but the product is still on sale and even offered at a lower price a week later. Really disappointed in this kind of service. I've checked the Takelot site again today, and the product is still for sale online. What is going on with Takealot?, and my refund has still not been done by Takealot. Therefore I'm a customer that does not have a product to show for, and Takealot still has my money?
