********* business practice, disregard for Consumer Protection Act

Bought items through takealot and they packaged the items individually. 2 out 4 boxes were delivered on october 27th. Was informed the 2 boxes that have printer cartridges were left at the warehouse. to date Takealot keeps asking me if the remaining boxes were delivered. They are not liaising with their delivery partner and nobody wants to take accountability for this. They expect me to keep contacting the courier company even though they have the contract with them. I have a contract with Takealot and they are responsible for the items until i have signed for them.
