Uneducated staff

What disgusting pathetic service I have received from these guys. I returned a broken headset and asked for a refund. They sent me back the broken headset and when I called they said they will arrange for collection. Now they sent me an email with a waybill to show that the headset was delivered. I don't even understand what that has to do with anything. I have sent soooo many emails and called so many times and I am getting ignored flat out. This is ******* and you people are lazy to do the right thing so you keep messing things up I have never come across such horrible service before
