Underhand Takelot takes it all for nothing

Takealot is ********ly withholding money. In a slight of hand Takealot is now saving they will give credit rather than the previously undertaken refund for orders they could not deliver in lockdown. They no longer have the item I ordered in stock. They don't answer their call centre phones and an automated email response tells you that they will not answer their emails! These poor business ethics and customer treatment deserve them going out of business - justice to bad business practices.
