Undelivered Takealot package and still waiting.(Over 3 months now)

I have ordered four products at Takealot on the 29th of March 2022. The two books came as promised on the 5th of April 2022. The other two products, a light bulb and and a light fitting did not. On the 10th of May 2022 I decided to send an email and find out where the remaining products are, I received feedback and was told the products got lost in transit so they will send out a new delivery. I received the light bulb only. Today (the 7th of June 2022) I received another email that my parcel with the light fitting went missing again and they will send it out for delivery again. Takealot used to be proud of their service that they used to deliver, now I truly feel like they do not care anymore.
