Undelivered Return to Customer

On October 13th I collected an order from Takealot.com and returned it under reference RRN-9f87-e08e on November 29th, the next day the return of the Huawei Y5 Lite was concluded and I was told its not a valid return, today December 28th the product is not yet returned and unless we ask for feedback we are given none, we have sent more than 10 emails with instructions, repeating ourselves constantly and still no refund and no product.
