undelivered order from TAKEALOT

I have ordered a phone at Takealot and received only the proof of payment through the email. it was on the 20th of July 2021 and on the email the estimated time was on the 22 July, so on the 21st of July 2021 when I tracked my order so funny enough on the tracker it showed that it was delivered on the my location at 08:30am I did not receive any order or an SMS or call to come and get my order. It seems like the driver gave my order tot the wrong person. He called the wrong number and did not check the ID, He just let the person to sign and gave the order. I did call the customer services and referred me to the branch, of which today the branch tell me that they can't help me. I should let TAKEALOT to handle the matter.
