Undelivered order

I have since ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday on the 20th of January, yesterday it marked a month but I have not received it. I checked on the app it says my order is cancelled, who cancelled it? Why is my money not in my bank account if the order is cancelled? Hay shame this is poor service at its best
