Undelivered order

I am very.unhappy with my last order it was delivered damaged,however the return was approved instead of giving feedback on replacement process as requested they credited my account it was only when I enquired 2 weeks later that I was told the item Is out of stock.two days after their response item was available I reminded them,order was placed again with estimated date of delivery a day later I was notified that it has been cancelled I am truly dissapointed by takealot
