Undelivered items

@TAKEALOT we have bought items that were to be delivered THREE weeks ago. When we call, we are either put on hold or kept in the queue. When we email, we're told the matter will be investigated but y'all never revert back. We tried tracking the order, but it says Delivered, whereas it has not. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!
