Undelivered item - Takealot stole from me

More than two weeks ago I ordered a number of items. All but one of the items were delivered. I raised this with takealot and they have to date not been able to resolve the issue of the missing item. Emails were shoved from pillar to post and when I eventually phoned, they provided a solution of logging a **** return and then the item will be delivered - I must just send the courier away when he comes to collect the return (!!), which I then did. They kept trying to log a return and when I flagged it, they raised the issue to a Tier 2 issue (whatever that means), then my return got rejected and now I still don't have the item and no one is able to give me the item or my money back. They have basically ****** my money.
