Undelivered item

I bought a cot on the blue dot sale. Takealot gave me 3 new estimated delivery dates. After the 3rd they refunded me the money on the website as Credit. This is unacceptable as they take your money only to say sorry, the item is now out of stock and will not refund the money back to my card. they are forcing me to buy from them.
