Undelivered item

I ordered an item on 13 November 2021 on Takealot and they indicated that the item will be delivered on 16 November, when 16 November came without a delivery I went on my app and saw that the item was returned. I phoned Takealot and they said to me that there wasn't stock I must re-order the item, I told them that I can't do that because the item's price are up with more than R500, they told me sorry that is the only option. This is totally unacceptable!!!
