Undelivered goods from Takealot.com

I have made an order for washing machine and paid for it, it was supposed to be delivered on 20/05/2020 still nothing and I am unable to contact them, I have even received an sms confirming my delivery. Order number #***0.I am very disappointed with their service and for them being so rude and unfair to their customers.I do not recommend anyone to but from this ******, they are bunch of unprofessional beings.
