Undelievered parcel

A parcel was not delivered On the app it showed parcel was delivered however it was not delivered at all. Then after waiting since 5 May 2025 the query has not been resolved. Then last week Takealot sent their driver to our home to tell us that he did deliver the parcel and he started arguing with my son. Is this how Takealot handles queries by sending a driver to our home to argue with us that he delivered a parcel that was not delivered. Several emails sent then the consultants have the audacity to ask order number when it has been sent on previous emails.

They have no proper processes in place to handle queries No process to ensure that my details are protected by sending a driver to my home to argue with us that he did deliver the parcel although it was not.
