Uncomfortable Bamboo Quilted pillows

I bought 2xBamboo quilted standard pillows from Takealot and they were delivered on 26 October 2024,never used them immidiately,when I eventually used them they were not comfortable at all, I could feel something hard inside like a ball, at first I ignore it thinking it will be fine after some time of using maybe because it's still new, went on leave left my place when came back in Jan these pillow were still so uncomfortable then eventually decided to open it from the inside, I was so surprised to see dirty pieces of fabric that were put inside in one place to form a ball and those were actually the things that were feeling like a ball. I am so disappointed at Takealot, don't mind pieces of fabric being used but dirty ones it's a big NO.
