Uncalled for behavior

This morning I received a call from Phiwe who was abruptly rude and didn't even bother to greet whe n I answered the phone. He rudely said " your parcel is here", I rep**** saying I'll be out in a second, by the time I got to the complex gate I saw the motorbike driving off and the parcel left outside. In the neighborhood that I live you cant make that mistake of leaving anything at the gate without someone keeping eye on your belongings. He cant even say it the parcel was deprived or received by the correct person because I didn't even sign anything as proof of delivery. This is the first time ever somethings like this happened despite the point of delivery.
