Bought a package deal of Samsung tab a7 lite WITH Samsung 10 000mah powerbank on unboxed deal for R2686. But received it without powerbank. Logged a return for the full package with powerbank but got refunded the cash instead. Reason was there is no stock but the exact same listing stock is still available for R3699. Takealot cannot afford this mistake and the shortfall on the amount so they have therefore decided to refund me. Unboxed deals are generally 1 item only as was this one. So where is my item?
