Unbelievably bad service

...I ordered 2 x items from Takealot to be collected by me and only one item arrived and the other that derived was totally wrong. I returned the wrong item immediately within the hour and takealot refure to reimburse me for the second item I never received. It's Teo and a half months I've been complaining and pleading with Takealot to assist me but I get ignored at every turn and all I get are false promises, BS comments, incompetence and LIES. TAKEALOT you GUYS owe me R454....... I CANNOT wait for Amazon to start trading. Thanks for nothing Takealot
