Unbelievable useless client service and *****s

Unbelievable, it is all I can say. I order a router bit set from takealot and upon starting it the first time it broke and hit me in the neck. They refuse to refund as the bit broke. It was not even used once as it broke on the first start up and in the first two seconds. Wow. I know i am writing this for nothing as I can see they are too useless to care about their customers and they dont care at all. Everybody should start to contact the consumer goods ombudsman so these *******s can get a wake up call.
