unbelievable service

<p>for a month now i have been trying to get hold of someone that can help me...second review on hello peter. the first one was just ignored. i bought 6 tom toms with earphones. i recieved 1 with earphones. then they send me an e mail today saying that that was addional and if i do not wish to keep it they can collect it if i dont want it!!!!!! unbelivable!!!! are they doing me a favour????? did they give it as a gift or did i pay???? i would like to know that. takalot is known for changing their description once informed of an error!!!! yes, its happened to me before!!!!!!!!!!!!!then they tell me to return it. i need the tom tom as i need my discovery goals, unless they going to pay for my goals not achievd while they have my watch!!!!!</p> <p>can someone please get back to me. or is takelot getting to big now and no customer service necessary anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
