Unbelievable service

I ordered a casserole pot from them on Wednesday afternoon. The parcel arrived on Friday. When I unboxed it at home Friday night, the item was damaged. I logged onto my profile and requested a replacement pot. The damaged pot was collected on Monday, before lunch, and my replacement pot was delivered. Fast and efficient and a very easy return experience.
