Unbelievable service

DO NOT buy Lego with Takealot! I have consistently had trouble buying Legos through Takealot, and now will now instead buy directly from GreatYellowBrick or ImportAToy. Both of these companies take great pride in their work, and have assured me that they weigh every single set leaving their stores. I have even spoken directly with LEGO themselves, and they assure me that issues like the following can never happen unless foul play is involved. The issues I've had: - Damaged boxes - Missing pieces (one set even had 55% of its pieces missing) - Parts from other sets placed in the boxes - Old pieces (some yellowed, some even with teeth marks) in new sets - Torn/opened parts packets in the enclosed "new" sets - Lengthy returns (over a week), during which my address changed and they would not under any circumstance send the return to a different address - Lack of sympathy/communication
