Unavailable of stock and poor communication process

Service improvement will not improve at takealot. There more competition needed before they may get some concern worries. Family and friends are still complaining about the service from takealot, lack of communications, poor attitude from staff and lack of availability of product on the website when you order something the website say it in stock then after payment it show out of stock or waiting for suppliers to send stock. It will take very long for me to want to trust takealot again only if they service improve and stock availability. I listen to friends and family experience and only that will give me an indication if any improvement on the takealot Have been made and it is consistent. Dont focus only on profit, customer experience will determine your profit. You started this business of well, but now you busy destroying it due to diverting away from the original value’s of your business focus and objective’s.
