Unavailability of stock and false advertising

I am unhappy customer, this is my fourth order at take a lot, whereby they will make sure that out of all items bought one is unavailable and therefore they would immediately credit your account, whenever you trying to refund it is not possible. When I browse through their catalogue I will come across similar product sometimes is even cheaper than that but no one will try and recommend it. The most irritating part is delivery for R450 or more is free, and they make sure that one of the items is unavailable therefore so that you can pay another R450 just to increase their sales. I am unhappy customer will share my it close contact.
