Unauthorized payment

I have never had a takealot account and recently had ***** committed on my banking account, it stated that I purchased groceries in Cape Town and I am situated in Johannesburg, the payment was taken for a takealot order which I have never done, after contacting takealot head office they said that they could not help me with this issue and that I will not get my money back, I am very disappointed with this situation and would not recommend anyone to use takealot.
