Unauthorized order cancelation

I ordered 3 times via their website yesterday. The payment went through successfully. Today I was emailed and smsed saying that the items were ready for collection. Now this evening I receive an email telling me that my order has been canceled cause no payment has been received!!!! The R275 came off my bank account upon ordering!!!! Who canceled my order?! I want my money refunded....I usually always have good things to say about you guys but this is unacceptable
