Unauthorised More Takealot Charge

Takealot deducted R99 from my bank account for “More Takealot” without me knowingly subscribing.

I cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted Takealot support requesting a refund. It has now been over two weeks and my emails have been ignored.

I simply want the R99 refunded. The lack of response from customer support is extremely disappointing.
