Unauthorised More Takealot Charge

Takealot deducted R99 from my bank account for “More Takealot” which I did not knowingly subscribe to.

I immediately cancelled the subscription and emailed Takealot requesting a refund. It has now been a week and they have not responded to my follow-up email.

I simply want the R99 refunded. The lack of response from customer support is extremely disappointing.
