UNAUTHORISED DEBIT FROM SEPT 2015

We ordered a laptop in Sept 2015 and were debited on the 6/9/15. The laptop was returned and we were credited on the 17/9/15. You took it upon yourself to debit us again on the 7/10/15 for R14 818.00-this was unauthorised! You undertook to credit us for the incorrect debit back in October 2015. We chased this up with Kishmya per e-mail yesterday dated the 10/2/2016 at 11h57AM who rep**** at 13h05PM saying she was currently working on this and would get back to us today - still no feedback and Kishmya is off ill today. I mailed again today (11/2/16), spoke to two consultants at different times of the morning and still no feedback. We await our credit (for some four months now) and your written confirmation that you WILL NOT debit us again. <br> Your company's name is quite apt for the above circumstances...
