Unaccompanied

So I ordered this game with other items from them but then they cancelled it without letting me know then I contacted customer care and then they said nothing can be done and put as a voucher to use for my next order. I ordered the same game again and choose same day delivery what is the 23th and now it's moved to the 24th what cost me R120 more. I am so sick and tired of thier excuses, I've been with them ever since they were called Take 2.
