Unaccommodating

Worse company ever I placed an order for delivery and realized I urgently needed the order and went to the delivery place to check if I can by anyway get my package and they won't need to deliver as I wasn't going to be available for delivery and did not want to reschedule. After being a monthly customer for years they could not even accommodate me and the manager instead of being available I'd driving around with the delivery drivers. These companies are useless won't even bother to accommodate a customer.
